When you think of French specialties, delicate Madeleines quickly spring to mind. This popular pastry was invented in the 18th century and has been enjoyed in many variations since then.
We went back to the original recipe and adapted it for ourselves: we added dark chocolate, as well as the finest almond flour and there’s absolutely no gluten-containing grain or palm oil. The result is organic and gluten free by nature – it tastes heavenly! We also packed the Madeleines Choco in practical portions, so that you can enjoy them for longer.
