Create your own gluten free Ice cream with this easy to use mix. Simply add milk/cream and whisk, no need to have an ice cream maker.
(1) pour 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of pure cream (or 400 ml of milk) into the bowl and add the mixture. (2) Whisk for about 2 minutes. (3) Spoon or pipe the mixture into a bowl or into cups. (4) Chill in freezer for approx. 3 hours.
Suggestions: delicious served plain, it can be used for the preparation of creamy gelato cakes, or add chopped nuts, dessert sauces or chocolate drops for a tasty dessert treat.
What to add: Creamier texture: 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of pure cream. Lighter texture: 400 ml of milk.
