Make your own gluten free ice cream this summer - super easy to use ice cream mixes to make approx 2 litres of Ice cream.
(1) pour 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of pure cream (or 400 ml of milk) into the bowl and add the mixture. (2) Whisk for about 2 minutes. (3) Spoon or pipe the mixture into a bowl or into cups. (4) Chill in freezer for approx. 3 hours.
Suggestions: delicious served plain, it can be used for the preparation of creamy gelato cakes, or add fresh strawberry, dessert sauces or chocolate drops for a tasty dessert treat.
What to add: Creamier texture: 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of pure cream. Lighter texture: 400 ml of milk.
