Make your own gluten free Ice Cream with this easy to use mix. Makes approx 2ltr volume of ice cream - no need for an ice cream maker.
(1) Pour 400 g of powder mix into the planetary (2) add 5 eggs and 30 ml of water. (3) Incorporate the liquid, below add (4) 16 g of extra virgin olive oil and knead until the mixture is smooth and compact. The mixture thus obtained is suitable to be machined that to the rolling pin.
What to add: 5 eggs, and 30 ml of water and 16 g of extra virgin olive oil.
