Product Description

Now you can make macarons at home with this easy ready-to-use mix. Just add egg whites and follow the instructions. A macaron baking sheet or tray is recommended for a great result.

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 130°C (fan forced) or 140°C. (1) Pour the powder mix into the bowl and add 80 g of egg white. (2) Whisk it for about 3/4 minutes. (3) Pipe the mixture into the mold and let it rest for approx. 1 hour. (4) Bake for 12-13 minutes. Remove the macarons from the molds once cooled.
Suggestions: delicious in conjunction with Madame Loulou Magic Frosting.
What to add: 80 g of egg white.
