Make your own gluten free Pizza dough or garlic bread with this easy to use baking mix. Homemade Pizza never tasted so good, and all that gluten free! Trust the Italians to bring us the perfect mix.
(1) Pour the mix into the stand mixer bowl and add 340 ml of warm water and 8 ml of extra olive oil.(2) Whisk with paddle attachment for approx. 5 minutes. With greased hands, place dough in a well-oiled bowl and let it rest until size doubles. (3a) For Bread: Turn onto a lightly floured surface dusted with rice flour. Knead until smooth. Divide dough into portions. Place on baking tray lightly covered with rice flour or baking paper. Set aside until size doubles again. (4) Preheat oven to 190°C and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. (3b) For Pizza: Oil the baking tray and roll the dough out, then add tomato sauce. Take the pizza out of the oven and add your favourite topping. (4) Bake for a further 10 minutes until pizza is cooked.
What to add: 340 ml of warm water and 8 g of extra virgin olive oil.
