Easy Gluten Free Puff Pastry Recipe (makes 500g)

Puff Pastry Recipe (Takes 4+ hours to make but you will be rewarded with great flaky pastry)   250g Flour Mix  ( we use Bezgluten Multi Mix for great results) 5g Salt 150ml ice cold water 225g cold unsalted Butter, cut into cubes Extra flour for dusting Egg wash made out of 1 egg yolk and 2 table spoons milk  1) Combine the flour mix, salt and cold water in the bowl of a stan mixer and knead with the hook attachment until ccombined. Amazing Rainbow Swiss Roll - makes two

Create your own Swiss Roll with  the colours of the Rainbow using the Madame LouLou Rainbow Cake Baking Mixes.  What you need: 6 different Rainbow Cake Mixes 12 Eggs Icing ( We used 1 packet of Madame LouLou Magic Frosting Vanilla) How to create your Swiss Roll: 1) Prepare all baking mixes, one after the other, according to the instructions. Once you have prepared the mix, fill each cake mix into their own piping bag 2) Now pipe long stripes on an angle on your prepared baking tray. The Fluffiest Gluten Free Pancakes Ever!

One thing we struggled with when starting the gluten free journey, was the pancakes. We have tried recipe after recipe, even those ready to use bottle mixes from the supermarket. But I managed to create a recipe with this awesome flour mix, that my family loves. Light and fluffy pancakes that taste good even when cold. What you need (serves 3-4) 240g gluten free flour (Edmonds, Bakels) 175ml soda water (or lemonade if you like your pancakes slightly sweet) 120ml milk (lactose free, almond, coconut - whatever you prefer) 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites (beaten with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form)   1) Mix all ingredients except the egg whites to a smooth dough. TIRAMISU - ORIGINAL ITALIAN RECIPE

If you need to feed a crowd and want to be the star of the dessert buffet, make this absolutely delicious dessert (feeds 6-8) What you need: 500g mascarpone cheese  100g icing sugar 2 egg whites 4 egg yolks 2cl Amaretto liquor  150ml strong coffee/ Espresso 90g gluten free sponge fingers cocoa powder to dust Step 1: Beat the egg yolk with the icing sugar and amaretto until fluffy Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until very stiff Step 3: Add the mascarpone to the egg yolks and mix to combine. then fold in the egg whites.
